Our Fees

We charge a flat 7.5% + GST fee for property management services on all rental income received.

Other property management companies charge extra on top of their management fee, including:

• Maintenance management fees

• Tenant placement fees (old letting fee)

• Advertising fees

• Credit check fees

• Inspection fees

• Yearly administration fees

• Tenancy tribunal fees

At TPM Group, we include all of the above in our fee of 7.5% + GST, as we don’t believe in hidden fees.
